    The propeller with a white mark on the propeller clamp is installed on the motor with the white mark, and the propeller without the white mark on the propeller clamp is installed on the motor without the white mark.

    Yes, and the aircraft comes built-in with 8GB internal memory.

  • What is the maximum wind resistance of the 640T?

    In a steady environment, the max flight time can reach up to 38 minutes.

Remote Controller

  • What should I do if the image transmission signal becomes weak during flight?

    Check your surroundings for potential interference factors and then adjust the orientation of your antennas to enhance signal strength.

  • What is the effective image transmission distance?

    Under the FCC standard, the maximum image transmission distance is 9km; under the CE standard, the maximum image transmission distance is 5 km.

  • Does the remote controller provide customizable buttons?

    Yes. There are two customizable buttons on the back of the remote controller, and 4 functions can be customized through the APP.

  • What screen does the remote controller use?

    It uses a 3.26 inch OLED screen with a resolution of 854*480.

  • How long does it take to charge the remote controller?

    2 hours.

  • How many ports does the remote controller have?

    There is a Micro USB port and a Type-A port at the bottom of the remote controller for connecting external devices and charging.

  • Does the remote controller support HDMI output?



  • What is the temperature measurement distance of the thermal imaging camera?

    2-20 meters.

  • What is the temperature measurement accuracy of the thermal imaging camera?

    ±3℃ or ±3% of reading (whichever is greater) @ambient temperature -20℃~60℃.

  • What is the zoom range of the camera?

    1-8x zoom.

  • What camera sensor does the 640T use?

    Visible light camera: 1/2-inch CMOS image sensor, 48M effective pixels, supporting 8K video recording.

  • Can the battery be carried on board?

    The energy of a single battery is 82Wh. According to airline requirements, the battery can be carried on board.

  • Can the battery be used in a low temperature environment?

    When using the battery in a low temperature environment, the battery life may be reduced, please be sure to fly timeously. For optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the battery temperature above 15 °C before flying.

  • How do I maintain the battery?

    1. Do not expose the battery to temperatures below -10°C or above 40°C, which will shorten the battery life and may cause fire, explosion or other permanent damage;

    2. Do not charge immediately after flight; it is recommended to charge the battery after it drops to room temperature;

    3. The ideal charging environment temperature of the battery is 10 °C~30 °C;

    4. The ideal storage environment temperature of the battery is 22 °C~28 °C. When storing the battery, the surroundings should be clear from water and moisture, and must avoid sunlight;

    5. Recharge and discharge the battery every 3 months or so to keep the battery active.

  • How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

    It takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge each battery.

  • Can the batteries of the 640T and EVO II series be universal?

  • Does the aircraft support 2D and 3D modeling?

    Yes, although this aircraft model is not specifically designed for surveying and mapping, it is functionally supported.

  • What factors affect the accuracy of temperature measurement?

    A. Influence of the atmosphere: the higher the temperature and humidity of the atmosphere, the greater the temperature measurement error.

    B. The distance between the camera and the measured object: the farther the distance, the greater the temperature measurement error.

    C. The emissivity and background temperature of the object: When the surface emissivity of the measured object is low and the background temperature is high, it will cause a large temperature measurement error.

  • In what mode can the temperature alarm function be used?

    Regional temperature measurement.

  • When to use FFC flat field calibration?

    When noise appears on the screen, select FFC calibration to optimize image quality.

  • Does it support temperature post-processing?

    Yes, we provide free temperature analysis tool IR PC TOOL.

Software & Firmware Upgrade

  • What are the factors that can cause the upgrade to fail?

    a. If the device is turned off during the upgrade process, the upgrade will fail.

    b. If the network is interrupted while downloading the firmware package, the upgrade will fail.

    c. Only when the remaining battery power of the device is ≥ 50% can the firmware be upgraded.

  • After downloading the firmware package, can I disconnect the network to upgrade?


  • How to upgrade the firmware?

    You can download the firmware package manually through the official website, or update the firmware through the Autel Explorer application.
